Lelton Gerard Brown (born September 9, 1978 in Dallas, Texas), more commonly known as Rod Brown, is an American professional basketball player that currently plays for AEL Larissa in the Greek League.
Brown graduated from Western Michigan University in 2000 and the point guard joined British Basketball League team Greater London Leopards. When the franchise folded in 2003, Rod joined rival club London Towers where he played for two more years. In 2005, Brown moved to Spain to play for lower-league CB Inca, and the following year made the step-up to one of Europe's top leagues to play for Menorca Bàsquet.
